The client requested a villa design that combines modern elegance with privacy and integration of outdoor greenery.

Our vision was to craft a contemporary architectural statement where clean geometry, natural elements, and cultural sensitivity coexist.

The challenge was balancing openness with discretion, ensuring comfort while respecting the dense urban setting.

We designed layered façades with screens, planted terraces, and refined proportions to create a villa that feels both private and connected to its surroundings.
